The 2020 NAACCR Business Meeting will take place during virtually on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 2:00 PM Eastern. This year we will be reviewing important Bylaws updates which will require all voting member organizations to have their voting delegate attend the meeting. There will be a “Pre-Webinar” later in the spring for members to review the proposed Bylaws changes, provide feedback, and complete a sample test vote prior to the actual Business Meeting. The date of this “Pre-Webinar” has not yet been set but information will be made available later in the spring.
If voting delegates are not able to attend the Business Meeting then a proxy is needed. Please click on the link below to complete the voting proxy form. It is preferred to complete your voting proxy by June 5, 2020. You may submit a proxy through June 17th by 5:00 PM Eastern.
If the voting delegate will not be able to attend the virtual Business Meeting of NAACCR and cast your organization’s vote via a smart phone via text or the voting system’s application “Poll Everywhere” which can be found in your preferred app store, a proxy delegate can be designated to vote on behalf of the member organization.
The proxy delegate must be:
• an employee or member of the NAACCR member organization;
• present (virtually via ZOOM webinar) at the NAACCR business meeting; and
• complete the proxy form

For 2020, NAACCR will again utilize the mobile application, “Poll Everywhere” for voting by delegates at the 2020 meeting. Prior to the meeting we ask that you kindly search for, and download the Poll Everywhere app on your iOS or Android device store.
